With the weekend upon us, the thought of cooking can be off-putting for many, so why not put the recipe book down, put away the pots and pans, freshen up and head to us here at Fairways Restaurant. We can cook a mouth-watering meal which is guaranteed to fill a hole, leaving you wanting more of the beautiful flavours which tantalise your taste-buds, whilst you enjoy the relaxed and homely atmosphere of our restaurant Birmingham.

Whilst Birmingham and the surrounding areas within the West Midlands boast a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can go for a bite to eat – they all serve similar food. However, here at Fairways Restaurant we’ve broken the trend by offering a unique and versatile food and drink menu, which is guaranteed to suit all taste-buds and appeal to all.

Food Menu:

Whether your an avid meat eater or a vegetarian, our menu which has been created by our experienced and well travelled head chef, will have dishes which will tickle your fancy – and you can trust us when we say they taste as good as they sound and look.

Some of the dishes which are suitable for vegetarians include a red pepper and chilli soup, served with coriander oil, and potato gnocchi which is served with cherry tomatoes, coriander sauce, Provencal vegetables and parmesan cheese.

For the meat eaters amongst you, we also have a varied selection of dishes including asparagus mayonnaise served with Parma ham, ciabatta toast, grilled asparagus and poached hen’s egg. Fancy something a bit more homely? How about tucking into our roast pork chop, complete with Swede bubble and squeak, smoked pancetta jus and glazed apples.

Have a sweet tooth? We have this base covered too and our desserts are the perfect way to finish off any meal. From a dark chocolate torte with chocolate cremeux, chocolate crumb and orange ice cream, through to a praline parfait with caramelised cherries, blueberries, crushed ginger bread and pistachio genoise.

Drinks:

Whatever your tipple, from dry whites through to red wine, champagne, cider, beer, cocktails and soft drinks, here at Fairways Restaurant we have an extensive drinks menu, and our staff will be more than happy to suggest a nice bottle of wine which will complement your meal if you’re unsure.
