In fact he has probably cooked in most countries around the world, we have now tied him down to the Windmill Village Hotel, so come and try his latest menu selection in the Fairways restaurant or a relaxed snack in the Cellar bar.

Linger over your meal in the Candle lit, luxurious and intimate Fairways restaurant and enjoy the sweeping and spectacular views over the golf course, lakes and surrounding countryside.

On the other hand after completing a day of touring or a game of golf, tuck into a casual meal in the traditional setting of the original coaching inn cellars and enjoy traditional ales to complement your meal.
