During the consultation we will discuss your goals, your current situation and your preferences for 1:1 training sessions. This is needed before booking your first personal training session as it makes sure that an effective plan is made and will ensure your sessions are structured in a way that will be successful for you as an individual.
60 Minute PT Session
A 60 minute personal training session where you are guided through a warm up, workout and cool down. Each session is tailored specifically to your goals and preferences. (Please only book once you've had an initial consultation)
