Admire the spectacular countryside from the comfort of the Premier Windmill Suite one of our best venues. The Windmill Suite is fully air conditioned for your comfort with wonderful panoramic views of our golf courses where we give golf lessons and surrounding countryside. A further six luxuriously appointed conference suites are available, with generous ceiling heights, air conditioning, natural daylight and WiFi internet access.

Banqueting Venues & Facilities near the NEC

Whether you are looking for meeting room hire smallest private dinner to a large dinner and dance or a specially themed evening; there is a suite for each occasion. Experienced staff will guide you through room layouts, seating plans, menus, wine selection, entertainment and etiquette to suit the occasion. We can also assist with any special themes you may wish to adopt at our venues, leaving you, on the night, to relax and entertain your guests.

Windmill Suite

The Windmill Suite is our largest single function room with a capacity of 400 theatre style or 220 banqueting guests. With fully adjustable lighting, integral telephone points and strategically located microphone pick-up sockets. The Windmill Suite makes an ideal venue for a wide range of events. The adjoining Pickford Suite can be used as a reception room.

Pickford Suite

With magnificent views across the golf course to the lake, the versatile Pickford Suite will accommodate up to 110 delegates theatre style or 85 guests for a dinner dance. Fully air conditioned the pickford suite provides first class facilities for all types of events.

The Chapel Suite

Chapel Suite

Newly refurbished, the Chapel Suite is a self contained suite, ideally suited for meetings up to 50 delegates. Traditionally styled and with an abundance of natural daylight, it is also very popular as a civil wedding venue.

Blenheim Suite

The flexible Blenheim Suite is ideal for business meetings or presentations and can comfortably accommodate 50 delegates theatre style or as a boardroom of up to 24 people.
